What is the turnaround time for custom DTF transfers?
Most custom DTF transfer orders are processed and printed within 24 to 48 hours. Shipping times vary based on your location from our Dallas facility, but we offer expedited options at checkout.
How do I prepare my artwork for printing?
To ensure the highest quality, please upload your files in high-resolution PNG format (300 DPI) with a transparent background. We accept CMYK color profiles for the most accurate color reproduction.
What types of fabric can I apply DTF transfers to?
Our DTF transfers are highly versatile and can be applied to 100% cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, spandex, and even leather. They work perfectly on both light and dark colored garments.
How durable are the prints after washing?
When applied correctly using a heat press, our transfers are rated for 50+ washes. We recommend washing garments inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat to maintain the integrity of the design.
Do you offer local pickup in the Dallas area?
Yes! Customers located in the DFW metroplex can select 'Local Pickup' at checkout to bypass shipping fees and collect their orders directly from our warehouse once notified.
What is your return policy on custom orders?
Due to the personalized nature of custom DTF prints, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
